Shipping and delivery
When you shop at Hust & Claire, we will ship your package with UPS. After placing an order you will receive a Track & Trace number so you can track your parcel. All orders will be delivered within 3-6 business days.

How to shop at Hust & Claire
1: Click the item(s) you want in your basket
2: Enter your personal information
3: Choose the shipping and payment method
4: Approve all business terms and conditions
5: Check that your information is correct

At Hust & Claire you can only order products through our website. If you have questions about items that are not on the website, feel free to contact us. All prices include VAT and other taxes. Prices are all the current prices; when you shop with Hust & Claire, agreements are in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to support@claire.dk

Exchanges
At Hust & Claire, exchanges are simple and easy. You just fill in the returns form, put it in the package with your order and take it to your nearest post office.
At Hust & Claire exchanges are only free if you live in Denmark.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, you must complete the enclosed returns form. Take the completed form and the package to the nearest post office. You have to pay for the shipping costs, when you live outside DK. Remember to insure the package when you send it, as it is your responsibility until we receive it. We do not accept packages sent C.O.D.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned package, we will check the item and you will be reimbursed for the amount you paid for the product at purchase.

The amount is always refunded to the same card that you used to pay for your purchase.

Please note: You can forfeit your purchase amount, in whole or in part, if the item's value is reduced because:

You have used the item The item has been damaged while in your possession You did not follow the restrictions of the right of cancellation in terms of breaking sealed packaging, etc.

Complaints

You always have a two-year warranty. The costs associated with the items and shipping are reimbursed as soon as possible after we receive your returns, provided that the claim is warranted and timely.

Remember to complete and enclose the returns form that came with your invoice.

Shipping costs associated with complaints
 When reimbursing costs in connection with a complaint, you must submit a copy of your receipt for the shipment to support@claire.dk - remember to specify your order number in the mail.
