I have question for a product?
We write as much information as possible about our product. You can always fin the colour, measurements, materials and wash care.
If you have any further questions, you are very welcome to write us an e-mail. However if you do so, please remember to include the item number of the product in question, in the e-mail.

I have seen a product that I can no longer find?
Our stock system is updated automatically, so if you can no longer find a product, it means that that product has been sold out. You can contact out customer service, to hear whether the product will come back in stock.

When do you withdraw the money from my account?
Once we have received your order, we ensure that the item is in fact in stock and then we wait till the package is dispatched, before we withdraw the money from your account.

I have found an item that I would like to purchase in a store?
You can write an e-mail to out customer service, and then they will find the store closest to you, that carry the item in question.

I would like to change my order?
If you lean that you have ordered something wrong or if you want to correct a size, it is important that you contact our customer service immediately. We pack orders all throughout the day and therefore it is not unlikely that you order has already been sent.

I would like for my order to be sent to a different address than the one I have stated?
If you wish to have a different delivery address, then you must write an e-mail containing the order number to our customer service, as quickly as possible. We will then attempt to change the address, providing that the order has not already been sent.

I have received an order, but I wish to return an item.

Items are missing from my order?
Firstly you must check whether the items match your invoice. If the do no match, then you must contact our customer service with your order number here, and then we will look into the matter immediately.
